Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy explains what data the game Pairelle: Connect the Dots (“Pairelle”, “the game”) and its website handle, and why.

1. Who we are

Pairelle is made by Kostyam, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@pairelle.app.

2. Summary

3. Data stored on your device

The game stores your progress (levels, stars, coins, daily puzzle streak, skins), your settings and the board you are playing on your device (app storage on Android and iOS, browser storage on the web). It is never sent to us.

On Android this data may be included in your device’s Google backup (Android Auto Backup) and restored when you reinstall the game on the same Google account. The backup is handled by Google under your account settings.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Android and iOS versions show ads through Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (such as model, operating system and language) and how you interact with ads.

Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

5. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

The Android and iOS versions use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played and where it can be improved. It receives an app instance ID (a random ID for this installation), game events (for example a level started or completed, a hint used, an ad watched), device model, operating system, app version and approximate country.

We don’t use this data to identify you, and Google signals and ad personalization are turned off for analytics. Learn more: Privacy and security in Firebase.

6. Purchases

In-app purchases (such as removing ads or buying coins and skins) are paid through Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card or payment details.

To unlock what you bought and to restore purchases on a new device, the game uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and the store’s purchase receipts. Learn more: RevenueCat privacy policy.

7. Feedback email

Settings → Feedback (“Обратная связь”) opens an email draft in your mail app. Besides your message, the draft contains the app version, platform and operating system version, device model and the game’s language, so we can reproduce a problem. It contains no progress, coins or IDs. You see the whole draft and decide whether to send it.

We use emails you send only to answer you and fix problems, and we keep them only as long as needed for that.

8. Versions on game portals

When you play Pairelle on a web game portal, ads come from that portal’s own SDK and are covered by the portal’s privacy policy. These versions have no in-app purchases.

9. Children

Pairelle is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the European Economic Area), and its ads are not set up as child-directed. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your choices and rights

11. Changes

We update this policy before any version of the game that changes what data is collected. The date at the top changes with every edit.
