Terms of Use

These terms apply to the game Pairelle: Connect the Dots (“Pairelle”, “the game”), made by Kostyam, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). By playing the game you agree to them.
1. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for non-commercial purposes. The game, its levels, art, code and name belong to us. Don’t copy, resell, or redistribute them, and don’t reverse engineer the game except where the law allows it.
2. Coins and skins
Coins, skins and other in-game items are virtual items you can use only inside the game. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money and can’t be transferred to another person or game. They are not refundable, except where the law or the app store’s policy requires a refund.
3. Purchases
In-app purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and follow their payment and refund rules. Ask the store for a refund. On iOS, Apple’s standard license agreement also applies.
4. Your progress
Your progress is stored on your device. There is no cloud save, so progress can be lost if you lose the device, clear the app’s data or uninstall the game. We are not responsible for progress lost this way. Purchases can be restored with Settings → Restore purchases (“Восстановить покупки”).
5. No warranty
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with every edit; playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
